When members swipe in a non-intrusive pop-up alert notifies the users of the most important events affecting this member. Clubware 2.0 employs a pop-up arrival alert screen when members swipe in which displays a photo and relevant information affecting the members visit today. Problem accounts remain on the screen prompting the user to action.
Automatic Notifications on Arrival
A comprehensive list of notifications is displayed along with the member details when they arrive. Everything from birthdays to overdue account warnings to sunbed bookings are displayed, when appropriate, prompting users to action. Overdue accounts and “stops” are automatically brought to the attention of the user with a photo id to prevent confusion.

View as many or as few Filter by staff member, location, class or resource or multiples of each. View the calendar in day, week or month mode. Colour coding of bookings and classes makes for easy reading.

Restrictions
